Gordon Steward Frosh-Soph Classic
We had several top three performances at the annual Gordon Steward Frosh-Soph meet at Buena last Saturday. Freshman Aubrey Easter won both the freshman girls 100 (13.23) and 200 (26.72). Liam McKeown was also a double winner in the boys freshman division, taking the 110 hurdles in 18.52 and the 300 hurdles in a big PR of 46.19. The boys frosh/soph 4x100 team took 2nd at 46.42, and relay team member Jaxon Roberts was 2nd in the soph boys 100 (11.88) and 3rd in the soph boys 200 at 24.03. Delaney Machado and Addison Simpson were 2nd (65.46) and 3rd (65.61) in the frosh girls 400, Jackson Traub finished 2nd in the soph boys 110 hurdles at 18.18, and the frosh/soph boys 4x400 relay finished 3rd at 4:26.57.
